Joe has been representing clients for over fifty years.  He is one of the founding members of the firm.  Joe is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Ohio.  He is also admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court.

Most of Joe's practice is limited to corporate law; however, he also assists clients in trusts and estates.  Joe has applied his pragmatic approach to the practice of law in assisting clients in creating legal entities.  After creation of the various business entities, Joe continues to serve most of their corporate needs as the entities develop and expand. 

Joe has served as Special Counsel for the Office of the Attorney General of Ohio (1959-1967), Assistant County Prosecutor for Mahoning County, Ohio (1968) and Assistant Law Director for the City of Youngstown (1970-1977)

While serving as an Assistant Law Director for the City of Youngstown, Joe was the trial lawyer for the Youngstown Board of Education in the reported case Alexander v. Youngstown Board of Education, 454 F. Supp. 985 (1974). 

Joe has been involved in the legal community as a member of the American Bar, Ohio State Bar and Mahoning County Bar Associations. 

Joe speaks Greek fluently.
